Shipping & Returns

Shipping 

- Our preferred method of shipment for time clocks and time cards is FEDEX ground. Therefore, we do not usually ship to P.O. boxes. Exceptions may be made at our discretion. Small items, such as ribbons, may be shipped either USPS or FEDEX (our decision).
- Shipping & Handling is a flat rate based on the product and quantity. Most items have the associated shipping rates listed. If, however, multiple items are purchased that can be packaged together we may lower the total shipping charge to save you money. In such a case, the total shipping charge will be determined if you place your order over the phone.
- Shipping rates calculated by the shopping cart apply only to the continental U.S. If you are outside the Continental U.S. (lower 48 states), additional payment may be required prior to shipping your order.


Returns

We do not accept returns. If an item is defective, it will be repaired or replaced in accordance with the warranty offered on that item. If, at our discretion, we decide to make an exception to this policy, the returned item may be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 25% and certain conditions may apply. Shipping charges will not be refunded in such a case. Software that is registered or licensed is never returnable for a refund or exchange. At our discretion, we may accept a return of unopened software. A 25% re-stocking fee would apply.
